Yes, but you'll have trouble getting it. It's on Hegel, Dilthey and German
Historicism, written in the mid-60's. There's also quite a few comments on
Hegel in his 'Lenta Ginestra. Saggio su Leopardi' from the late 80's, which
I understand will shortly be coming out in translation in the US. The only
other place I remember is in the Savage Anomaly. That probably doesn't help
much for your purposes though...

me to do a presentation on Negri at a meeting next
month. Since N&L is really into Hegel, I was
wondering
(besides the few fleeting remarks on Hegel &/or
the dialectic) that he makes in Empire, if there
is a work in which he addresses Hegel in depth.
