[Generation_online] Hardt's dates

Hi
Just a fairly obvious one. I'd like Hardt to place the US attack on
Afghanistan and 'muslim extremism' in the context of him and N's
understanding of the passage from imperialism to Empire, i.e. what are the
decisive elements of this war that make it an attack by Empire rather than
imperialism? And does the UN's almost instant 'rubber-stamping' of any US
initiative undermine their argument for a new global juridical arrangement?
Hope that makes sense!
Cheers
Rowan
